With roots at Troldgaarden, beautifully situated between Aarhus and Horsens, the fruit is grown directly on their own trees, while the production combines the best of the past with modern craftsmanship. Although S.O.L. is primarily based in Copenhagen, their products are deeply rooted in the Danish soil and the changing seasons.
